  • Work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and free flow of production
  • Ensure self and staff comply with company procedures and polices at all times
  • Take a pro-active and collaborative role in running of the company by making recommendations for improving efficiency
  • Drive fork lift trick in a safe and efficient manner, as well as undertaking varied tasks such as picking order and banding pallets
  • Transport raw material between sites as per production plans
  • Load goods in/out of vehicles as required
  • Monitoring quality of product as it passes through area and that packing standards are maintained to the highest level
  • Follow quality standards and procedures when loading and unloading, including instructing drivers in the safe key policy
  • Ensure appropriate action is taken with regards to damages, rejects and shortages
  • Ensure compliance with general housekeeping and adopt safe systems of work
  • Communicate with shopfloor workers and management team to ensure problems are resolved
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the specification and as requested


  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum 5 years experience operating counterbalance FLT
  • Experience of 3m+ loads

Up to £18,720 per annum; depending on experience




Monday & Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Friday : 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
